We are a well established community netball club and the only netball club in the East Suffolk area which has Level 2 qualified coaches catering for junior training.

We are a non-profit, all volunteer club, whose mission is to provide opportunities to the young girls and young women of the East Suffolk area to get them active and improve their wellbeing through playing netball.

Our mission also includes:-

• provide opportunities for young girls and young women to be active, fit and be healthy.
• reduce sedentary behaviour which is attributable to childhood obesity.
• remove economic barriers to participation in youth sport.
• bring youth closer together through common interests in sportsmanship and competition.
• teach sportsmanship, teamwork and accountability, build character, discipline and the love of sport.

Session times

Under 13s 6 pm until 7 pm - school term time only

Over 13s 7 pm until 8 pm - school term time only

Whatsapp groups are used for both sessions to make announcements and for members to let us know if they are unable to attend.  This helps us plan the training sessions.  If you cannot attend we do ask that you give as much notice as possible. 

Please make sure you wear suitable footwear for netball, fashion trainers/baseball boots are not suitable and will not provide the support that is required when playing netball.  No jewellery is permitted, nails must be short and smooth and hair tied back.

The sessions consist of skills development and match play.
